The magnum format allows the wine to develop with exceptional harmony and depth, revealing golden colour, fine persistent bubbles, and a bouquet of citrus compote, candied apricot, and honeysuckle. With aeration, notes of brioche, toasted nuts, and gentle warmth emerge.
The finish is long, luminous, and elegant — a Magnum built to age gracefully, offering amplified presence and refinement.
Translucent, shimmering gold indicates a wine of poised ripeness, beautiful scents of orange blossom merge with sense of great chalky terroir. The purity and sublime texture of the mouthfeel owe a lot to non-malolactic winemaking which maintains freshness after the uninterrupted warmth of summer to harvest end.
